Yes. A unique email address is always required for every new hire added to Yoi. That email address can be either a work or corporate email address (recommended) or a personal email address. You can also switch out the personal email address for a corporate email address at any time. See below:
Step 1: Add new hire with personal email address.

Step 2: Go to the new hire's profile page.
This page can be accessed by clicking on the new hire's name within the platform and then selecting the Profile tab at the top of the page. Click on the EDIT button. See below:
Step 2: Edit all fields within the form and click SAVE to add the New Hire.
Step 3: Editing / updating a new hire's email.
- Highlight and delete the existing new hire's personal email address in the field.
- Type in the new hire's complete work or corporate email address.
Step 4: Click the SAVE button. The new hire's email address will not be updated within the platform until the SAVE button is clicked. Any errors in the form submission will be highlighted by RED outlines and messages.
