Updating a new hire's email address can be easily completed within their profile page. Simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to the new hire's profile page.
This page can be accessed by clicking on the new hire's name within the platform and then selecting the Profile tab at the top of the page. Click on the EDIT button. See below:
Step 2: Click within the email field and select the existing email address and delete using your keyboard DELETE key. This will empty the field.
Step 3: Type in the new email address for the hire
Step 4: Click the SAVE button. The new email address will not be saved until the SAVE button is clicked. Any errors in the form submission will be highlighted by RED outlines and messages.
