In order to access your account, you only need to set your own, unique, password. Depending on how your HR team has configured your company set-up, this can happen in one of two ways (see below).
In both of the cases below, the process starts the same way. At the right time, we will send you a "Welcome" email to finish setting up your credentials into the platform. These emails are customizable by your HR team and different by user role so they may look different than the sample emails below.
Included within this email is a button at the bottom which will direct you to complete your credential set-up (ex. Get Started!).
1. Set-up your own, unique, password:
In this case, clicking on the button will take you to password set-up screen below. You can see that the email address we have on file for you appears in the top box, while we present you the ability to type in your own unique password below. You will also need to repeat the entry of your password to ensure you didn't mistype the first time.
Once you click the button to submit your password, if valid, we will log you into the platform. If invalid, an error message will appear in RED to indicate what the error was.
You will only need to set-up your password once. If you forget it, you can click the "Forgot Password" link from the log-in screen.
Pro-Tip: Use a password that has at minimum a lower case letter, upper case letter and a numeral in your password. Try not to use your email address and or variations of the word "password" as they are easy to guess.
2. Set-up your password through Single Sign-on (SSO):
In this case, after clicking the button in the Welcome Email above you will land on the following screen. Single Sign-on enables the platform to log you in directly through the use of your existing company access credentials. No need to set-up a password uniquely for this platform.
First Time Logging In: The first time, you will be required to click the "Set SSO link". The link will take you to your corporate system to log in using your existing credentials. Once you log in from that screen, you will be automatically redirected back to the platform and logged in.
Future return visits: If you click on links, buttons or bookmarks to get back into the platform, we will recognize that you have set your credentials and either automatically log you in or automatically redirect you back to your company's log-in screen to log in again. The latter situation will happen if you have been automatically signed out through your corporate system.
Pro-Tip: In the case of Single Sign-on we will not ask you to set your password here. It will always map to your corporate log-in credentials so changes to your password will happen in your corporate system. We do not see nor require you to supply us your corporate password.
