If you originally set your password through the platform:
If you originally set your password directly into the platform then all you need to do is visit Yoi.io and click the "Forgot Password" link. We will prompt you to supply a valid email address and in turn send you an email to reset your password.
If you originally accessed the the platform by logging into your company's log-in screen (SSO):
If you originally logged in by being redirected to your company's system to sign in, then we are connected to your company's platform through a Single Sign-on system. In this case, you will need to go into your company's system and reset your password there. We do not have a record in our system of your corporate password and only allow you entrance based on their validation that it is correct. If you are still having an issue, we recommend you contact your manager or corporate IT for further assistance.
I can't remember if I ever set-up a password:
The easiest way to find out if you've ever set-up a password is to go to Yoi.io. As above, click on the Forgot Password link. We will send you an email to reset your password.
If you have previously set-up a password and your session hasn't expired, visiting Yoi.io will log you into the platform directly.
