Creating and assigning a new task is easy!
The place to do this is within a new hire's calendar section. That's where all their tasks and check-ins live (see below). At the top, right hand side, of the page you will see a (+) icon. Click on the icon to engage the "Add a new task" functionality which will slide in from the right side of the page.
Fill in the "Add a new task" form:
You can choose from a list of preset tasks filtered by category or you can simply create your own. The two blue icons beside "Edit the text below" govern this capability.
Assign the task to anyone in your team, to yourself and of course to your hire and/or their buddy. Add additional links, content and schedule when it starts and when it is due. Lastly you can assign a coworker to work on the task with your hire.
Don't forget to save the task or it won't be added to the workflow!
We will automatically slot the task in the right place within the workflow calendar and deliver it to the recipient at the right time. Change your mind? You can always reschedule, skip or reassign the task at a later time.
