Why am I getting it?
The Whoops Modal may appear if there is an unexpected error.
The vast majority of time, the following suggestions will get you back on track:
- Refresh/reload the page. Sometimes your connection to the internet can get temporarily disrupted.
- Log out, close the browser (IE, Chrome, etc) entirely, and then log back in. If your computer was left unattended for a long time or your Single Sign On system expired, your access will expire thus triggering the Whoops modal.
- Clear your browser cache. Sometimes pages are outdated but cached. Clearing your cache forces the web browser to reload the right page. Learn how to clear your cache here.
- Send us a note. Please include your name, email, what you are trying to do, and which browser and version you are using. Screenshots are also very helpful! We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
